Yes…we need our own representation. It’s frustrating and hard to get answers for our specific concerns. I’m tired of being lump into the cosmetology and now barber field. The professions are so blended that it’s all a blur…no one can answer my questions or gives the same response.
Thank you
Very useful information. Thank you!
Thank you so much!!!
Thank you. I’ve been an Esthetician for over 30 years. I’ve worked with Dr’s and I was feeling alone in all my worries and concerns about moving forward With my business. It just felt good to hear another Esthetician say what I’ve been thinking. I’ve never felt scared to do my facial treatments until now with Covid. It’s a big risk.
Thank you this was so informative
I’m happy to hear about the basic guidelines for an aestheticians. Looking forward to learn more.
Thank you very much appreciated
I do completely agree , I only thing is going up on the prices is a bit much because no one asked for this, there is alot of people that have no jobs, that would still like to look there best, and on the other end you have loyal clients that I dont think it’s there responsibly to be over charge they are the reason we are in a pandemic. But yes staying away from steamers is a good thing right now , and protecting ourselves and others is very important to not getting sick.
Thank you for the information and I appreciate the time that you spent talking about the industry and how it affects us today with the cove it 19 virus.
Very informative. Thank you for your consistency in pushing out these resources for the beauty industry. I’ve actually been trying to figure out how to for specifically estheticians and this came around. Kudos Barbicide.
My concern is with regards to brow threading. Wonder how to go about it when having a thread in the mouth.
Hi, I teach Beauty Therapy in a women’s prison here in the UK, and have really been enjoying your webinars. Thank you so much, there is always more to learn especially from other countries. Fascinating and interesting. Thank you again
Thank you
Thank you for the information
Very well put together
I’m an esthetician Whos focus is makeup artistry in NC and would love your thoughts on how to proceed safely. Perhaps a hands on video with practical set by step applications/ procedures.
I’m also frustrated by all these “MUA” out there who are Not licensed and with whom I’m having to compete with for business.
Hi Pamela, please see our “Infection Control Best Practices for Makeup Artists” tutorial here: https://barbicide.com/video-makeup-artists-best-practices-for-infection-control/
I appreciate everything you ladies are doing. Thank you so so much. I am in England so it seems all guidelines are wishy-washy too.
I’ve been doing what I think is safe. But…….I’m a hairdresser who has been back working for 3 days now but I’m unable to carry out my beauty as beauticians are still not allowed to work. For me that’s totally nuts!!!
I’m also rotating between my mask and my visor as I also wear glasses so both I steam up. Even anti steam.
Very informative
Thank you always informative!
Thank you for the idea. Very informative. I was just speaking to my husband about cutting down services so client and esthetician time is shorter. Also finding a way to keep clients from talking as much during the service. A lot of things have to change during this time in the treatment room.
I just want to know why certain counties are back to work and some are not? Also other states are back and some are not. When is a good time to consider estheticians back in business?
Thank you for showing this video I appreciate if you will send more of waxing pedicure nails and make-up to I am very interested in that to I am a cosmetologist and safety is very important to me thank you Rosaria Monroe

Thanks for your efforts and creating guide lines and protocols for aesthetics industry.
Excellent information. I have forgotten to write this review but I printed the Esthetics Back in May and it was very helpful. The world should have more Estheticians because as much as I do we all love to take care of our clients.
Thank you for the information
Thank you for the info as this is the first time Esthetician’s have been addressed in this Covid19 situation. I work from home and I’m currently taking care of my 91 year old mom. It is scary and worrying how to do my facials and not bring the virus into my home and I’m worried about my mom getting the virus. I hope the state board of directors will help us get back to work safely once they determine how we can do this 🙏
Thank you for such a very useful information and I would love to have more knowledge to be a well educated esthetician out there.
Thank you so much! The more information the better.
